The Black Coalition of Quebec issued the following declaration on the passing away of hockey legend Jean Béliveau.
« The Black Coalition of Quebec is saddened by the death of Jean Béliveau. He was an exceptional leader who has inspired many people in society especially in hockey. The Black Coalition extends its sympathies to his family and to all players of hockey, » said Dan Philip.
